Who we are

What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, join a waitlist or book a call, we collect the details you give us: name, company, work email, website and the context you share about your sales situation. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, assess whether we are a fit, run the engagement you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who processes it
We use a small set of processors to run our business, including HubSpot for scheduling and CRM and Framer for hosting this site. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and client data is kept for as long as the relationship runs and for the period our accounting and legal obligations require. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email software@blynked.nl and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required to serve and measure the site. If we add marketing cookies later, we will ask for consent first.
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. This version is the one that applies today.
