Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to your use of blynked.nl and to any proposal, statement of work or engagement letter you sign with Blynked, registered in Nieuwkuijk, the Netherlands.
What the site is
This website describes our services and shares client results. Figures shown in case studies are the outcomes those specific clients reached; they are evidence, not a promise of the same result for you.
Engagements
Scope, fees, term and notice are set out in the agreement we sign with you. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share about your pipeline, pricing and customers as confidential, and we expect the same for the frameworks, tooling and playbooks we share with you.
Intellectual property
The content, design and copy on this site belong to Blynked. Materials we hand over during an engagement are licensed to you for use inside your own business.
Liability
We deliver our work with professional care. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in the period the claim relates to.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the district where Blynked is registered.
